There’s some additional gear you will need to keep your folder nice and sharp and safe.
Now I rarely recommend products on here, but, you really won’t go far wrong with the Smith’s PP1 Pocket Pal Multifunction Sharpener, you only have to look at the 1000’s of 5* Amazon Reviews to see it’s a very good bit of knife equipment.
The next essential is a good quality holder or sheath for you new knife.
A lot depends on the size and bulkiness but, I don’t think you can go far wrong with the Leatherman Wave Nylon Sheath. It will hold a variety of sizes and can be fastened to your belt either horizontal or vertical.
